Reiki Courses and Mentorship

Imagine having access to a resource for self regulation and healing literally in the palm of your hands.

Reiki is Life Force Energy that is available to everyone.

In order to access it however, one must learn what it is, where it came from, how to lean into the energy and channel it and ultimately cultivate a practice that supports using it.

The Reiki journey starts with being attuned to the energy by a Reiki Master (someone who has completed the third level of training) and learning to use the energy for self healing.

Course Logitsics:

• This is a hybrid course consisting of asynchronous videos and workbooks that you can work through at your own pace culminating in a 4 hour in person practicum for attunement, questions, processing and practice
• Dates of practicum vary and you will be able to choose at the registration page.  Virtual options may also be available

In this course you will:

• Learn the history of Reiki
• Learn basic Reiki techniques
• Learn about the subtle energy body including an introduction to the Chakra System
• Learn how to ground, radiate and cleanse your Ki
• Be attuned to Traditional Usui Reiki and Holy Fire Reiki
• Practice Self Reiki and Reiki on others

2. You will receive an email with a link to enroll in the course
3. Once you have enrolled in the course you will receive confirmation for your spot in the live practicum
4. You will have immediate access to the asynchronous material
5. Begin working through the asynchronous material.  It must be completed prior to the live practicum

• This is a live course consisting of three live one hour zoom classes and one 3 hour in person practicum for attunement and practice.

• Learn about the three Usui Reiki Symbols and how to use them in your Reiki practice for yourself and others.
• Learn how to refine the techniques you learned in Reiki Level One
• Learn how to do long distance Reiki
• Be attuned to Traditional Usui Level Two and Holy Fire Level Two Reiki
• Practice using the symbols
