This course will provide a structure through which clinicians can begin to conceptualize client needs based on Chakra development with concrete cognitive, somatic and energy interventions for assisting in the balancing of the Chakras in a systematic way. Approaching psychotherapy from this perspective gives us a map of the mind, body and spirit engagement for ultimate healing and health.

This course is a foundational Reiki course in which we will cover the history and spirit of Reiki, Reiki techniques, the subtle energy system and spiritual practices for self care. This is a hybrid course combining asynchronous videos and workbooks that can be done on your own time culminating with an in person workshop where you will be attuned to Reiki I and practice the techniques.
